Two houses, one rental
Villa Mylo is made up of two buildings on 4,027 m² of grounds, facing south and west: the main house, all on one level, of about 295 m², and the independent guest house of about 53 m². Rent the whole villa and everything is yours: no other guests on the property.
The house has two entrances, one on each side — handy for an extended family, or two couples of friends who want to share the place without living on top of each other.
The five bedrooms
Five double beds, five private bathrooms with WC — and a sixth bathroom.
In the main house
- Master bedroom: 38 m², double bed, 11 m² private bathroom.
- Two en-suite bedrooms: 24 m² each, double bed, 6 m² private bathroom.
In the guest house
- Two 24 m² bedrooms, double bed, 8 m² private bathroom.
- A small kitchen: fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle.
The villa extends the island's rock: in one of the bathrooms, the bare cliff face is left behind the basin.
Living outdoors
The 84 m² living room, dining room and open kitchen extend onto 268 m² of terrace: the glass walls slide right into the stone. The main-house kitchen has a dishwasher, the laundry a washing machine and tumble dryer. Built-in air conditioning, Wi-Fi throughout.
Two pools and a helipad
The 18 × 4 metre infinity pool belongs to the main house and can be heated; the guest house has its own, unheated. On the property, the helipad lets you arrive without going through the port, or becomes a yoga deck facing the open sea.
Day to day
A housekeeper cleans the house and all the bedrooms every day.
