A rare way of living
in the heart of the Cyclades

Villa Mylo does not sit on the island: it continues its substance. Built in 2014-2015, it stacks Cycladic dry stone and long concrete slabs until you can no longer tell where the rock ends and the house begins. Some interior walls were left raw — the cliff itself, bare behind a bathroom basin.

Here the architecture steps aside for the landscape. The glass walls slide entirely into the stone: 84 m² of living room, dining room and open kitchen extend into 268 m² of terrace, right to the edge of the cliff. Nothing stands between the eye and the horizon — only the eighteen metres of the infinity pool, which merges with the sea at dusk.

Facing south and west, the property follows the light: mineral blue in the morning, liquid gold at sunset, an absolutely black sky once night falls. The two nearest neighbours are two villas; beyond that, nothing. The helipad lets you arrive without going through the port, or becomes, its bare deck facing the open sea, the finest of yoga platforms.
