The heart of the villa
The main house, all on one level, covers about 295 m². Its 84 m² living room, dining room and open kitchen open onto the terrace and the infinity pool: the glass walls slide right into the stone, and nothing stands between you and the horizon.
The three bedrooms
- Master bedroom: 38 m², double bed, 11 m² private bathroom.
- Two en-suite bedrooms: 24 m² each, double bed, 6 m² private bathroom.
Every bedroom has its own bathroom and WC.
The infinity pool
Eighteen metres by four, facing the 240° panorama where the sun sets behind Sikinos and Santorini. At dusk the water merges with the sea. It can be heated, which makes it pleasant from spring through to late autumn.

Good to know
The independent guest house may be rented at the same time by other guests: each house has its own pool and terrace. For the whole property to yourselves, choose the whole villa.
